Fees & payment

Delta Sands Therapy now accepts in-network insurance, as well as private-pay clients.

I now accept Premera Blue Cross, Regence, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), and First Choice Health. Lyra Employee Assistance Program benefits are also accepted. Marathon sessions and couples therapy are not covered by insurance and remain private pay. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I’m happy to discuss current availability and your insurance coverage. A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are also reserved for people who need support but cannot access care at my full rate.
